        • INSTRUCTION LIST:    Cut a piece of thick plywood a little smaller than the mat.Lay the plywood on top of the mat and fold it over the top outside edge and attach. This will allow you to stand above fryers.When the mat becomes dirty, simply remove, reverse sides and reattach.
